摘  要:为规模化人工饲养大头金蝇,研究采用6因素5水平正交试验,对大头金蝇幼虫人工饲料进行了优化,得出饲料优化配方:麦麸25%、猪血15%、啤酒酵母4%、山梨酸0.8%、菠萝蜜20%、椰子肉10%。同时比较了大头金蝇饲喂该优化配方饲料和猪肉的饲养效果。结果表明:在一些关键指标上(如幼虫发育历期、蛹期、产卵前期和产卵期等),优化配方的饲养效果明显好于猪肉;而其他指标(如存活率、蛹重、羽化率、产卵量和孵化率等)与猪肉无显著差异。说明该优化配方可适于大头金蝇幼虫的规模化饲养。In order to breed Chrysomyria megacephala on a large scale,the artificial feed formula of its larvae was optimized by orthogonal experiment with six factors and five levels.The optimal diet constitu⁃ent complex was obtained:wheat bran 25%,pig blood 15%,beer yeast 4%,sorbic acid 0.8%,jackfruit 20%,and coconut meat 10%.Meanwhile,the rearing effect of the optimized formula and that of the pork diet was compared.The results showed that the rearing effect of the optimized complex diet was signifi⁃cantly better than those of the pork diet in some key indicators(namely developmental period,pupal peri⁃od,pre-oviposition period and oviposition duration),and many other indicators(such as survival rate,pu⁃pal weight,emergence rate,adult duration,fecundity and hatchability)were not significantly different from those of pork.It indicates that the optimized complex diet is suitable for mass rearing of Chrysomya megacephala larvae.
