绩效落差下的企业网络战略与双元创新协同性关系研究

摘　　要：按照绩效落差时空差异划分为4个情境,研究不同情境下网络战略与双元创新协同性的关系。实证结果表明,情境Ⅰ中(绩效落差强度低且持续性低),网络深化对企业双元创新协同性存在促进作用,网络拓宽对企业双元创新协同性存在抑制作用;情境Ⅱ中(绩效落差强度高且持续性低),网络深化比网络拓宽更能促进企业双元创新协同性;情境Ⅲ中(绩效落差强度低且持续性高),网络拓宽比网络深化更能促进企业双元创新协同性;情境Ⅳ中(绩效落差强度高且持续性高),网络拓宽对双元创新协同性具有促进作用。模糊集定性比较分析(fs QCA)结果表明,企业绩效落差与网络战略可通过三条组态路径实现高双元创新协同性。最后,提出企业应当正视绩效落差、重视网络战略效用、在不同绩效落差情境下选择不同的网络战略等方面提出管理建议。According to the spatial and temporal differences of performance gap,it is divided into four scenarios to study the relationship between network strategy and dual innovation synergy in different situations.The empirical results show that in ScenarioⅠ(low intensity and low persistence of performance gap),network deepening has a promoting effect on the synergy of ambidexterity innovation,and network widening has an inhibitory effect on the synergy of ambidexterity innovation;in ScenarioⅡ(high intensity and low persistence of performance gap),network deepening can promote the synergy of ambidexterity innovation more than network widening;in ScenarioⅢ(the intensity of performance gap is low and the persistence is high),network widening can promote the synergy of ambidexterity innovation more than network deepening;in ScenarioⅣ(high intensity and high persistence of performance gap),network widening can promote the synergy of ambidexterity innovation.The results of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)show that enterprise performance gap and network strategy can achieve high ambidextrous innovation synergy through three configuration paths.Finally,it is proposed that enterprises should face up to the performance gap,pay attention to the effectiveness of network strategy,and choose different network strategies under different performance gap situations.
