基于专利及文献数据的产业基地知识与人员双网络构建研究--以中国钛谷为例

摘　　要：以中国钛谷为例,使用专利和科研论文数据,采用社会网络分析方法,构建中国钛谷产业基地的知识网络和人员网络,并分别对两个网络进行网络中心度的计算。研究结果表明在中国钛谷的知识网络中,知识创新成果集中在钛产业链的中游,而对产业链下游的钛产品应用方面涉及较少;在人员网络中,创新主体集中在企业,而高校和科研院所的参与度不高。最后基于研究结论,得到相关管理启示。Taking China Titanium Valley as an example,using the data of patents and scientific research papers,and using social network analysis methods,the knowledge network and personnel network of China Titanium Valley Industrial Base are constructed,and the network centrality of the two networks is calculated separately.The research results show that in the knowledge network of China Titanium Valley,the achievements of knowledge innovation are concentrated in the middle reaches of the titanium industry chain,and less involved in the application of titanium products downstream of the industry chain;in the personnel network,the main body of innovation is concentrated in enterprises,while the participation of universities and research institutes is not high.Finally,based on the research conclusions,relevant management enlightenment is obtained.
