企业知识网络结块的演化过程--基于河南长垣起重机械知识网络的案例分析

摘　　要：结块现象使知识网络呈现不同于宏观整体网络和微观网络的结构,以往相关研究从联结复杂性角度、结构对等性角度和重构开放性角度对知识网络进行分析,有鉴于此,以知识网络理论为基础,构建以知识共振、知识转译和知识排序等3种因素为核心的知识网络演化逻辑路线,并围绕河南长垣起重机械知识网络,基于实地访谈和二手资料整理进行案例分析。研究发现,长垣起重机械知识网络的形成与演化过程可分为5个阶段,其中在第一阶段尚未形成自有的知识组合排序;第二阶段的知识转移能力较低;第三阶段核心企业开始进行知识创新;第四阶段的知识转译能力得到提高;第五阶段形成新的知识串联排序。由此得出,企业知识网络结块的演化过程呈现非线性特征,经历局部结块、结块、局部分块、分块和再结块5个阶段的演化过程。为此,企业应拓宽与合作盟友间的知识交流领域,并敢于打破原有网络界限,推动知识网络不断升级。The clump makes the structure of knowledge network different from that of macro-integral network and micro-network.The previous studies analyzed knowledge networks from the perspectives of linkage complexity,structural equivalence and reconstruction openness.In view of this,based on knowledge network theory,a logical evolutionary route of knowledge network is constructed,which takes knowledge resonance,knowledge translation and knowledge sequence as the core.According to the field research and secondary data collation,a case study is adopted about Henan Changyuan crane machinery knowledge network.It is found that the formation and evolution process of Changyuan crane machinery knowledge network can be divided into five stages.In the first stage,its own knowledge combination sequence has not been formed;In the second stage,the knowledge transfer capacity is low;In the third stage,the core enterprises begin to make knowledge innovation;In the fourth stage,the knowledge translation capacity is improved;In the fifth stage,a new knowledge sequence is formed.Therefore,it can be concluded that the evolution process of enterprise knowledge network clump appears nonlinear with five stages,namely,local clump,clump,local partition,partition and re-clump.So enterprises should broaden the knowledge exchange fields with their partners,and have the courage to break through the original network boundaries so as to promote the continuous upgrading of knowledge network.
