摘　　要：目的研究团体人际心理治疗(IPT-G)对情绪障碍患者的疗效,观察、分析IPT-G的效果,为IPT-G的实践开展提供一定的依据。方法收集情绪障碍的患者72例,分为IPT-G组(n=35)及对照组(n=37)。IPT-G组采用《团体人际心理治疗手册》,进行8周的IPT-G及药物治疗,对照组进行药物治疗,对所有患者进行治疗前及治疗后评估,包括汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、90项症状清单(SCL-90)、住院患者观察NOSIE30量表,比较两组间及两组内治疗前后量表评分的差异。结果两组治疗前各量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后量表评分总分与两组组内量表评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IPT-G可以改善情绪障碍患者的临床症状,可尝试在情绪障碍患者中开展。Objective To study the effect of interpersonal psychotherapy group(IPT-G)on patients with emotional disorders.To observe and analyze the effect of interpersonal psychotherapy group,and to provide some evidence for the practice of interpersonal psychotherapy group.Methods Seventy-two patients with emotional disorders were divided into the IPT-G group(n=35)and the control group(n=37).The IPT-G group received interpersonal psychotherapy group and drug therapy for 8 weeks,and the control group received drug therapy.All patients were evaluated before and after the treatment.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA-14),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),90 symptom Checklist(SCL-90),Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE-30)were included.Then the difference of scale scores between the two groups and within groups before and after they were treated were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of each scale between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference of the total score of the scale after the treatment in the two group,and of the scale score within the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Interpersonal psychotherapy group can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with emotional disorders and can be carried out in them.
