摘 要:本文主要对补充检验方法《茶叶中美术绿(铅铬绿)的测定》(BJS 201910)中第二篇铁蓝定性验证的方法开展深入研究,在该方法定量限基础上,通过3个添加水平的加标实验,得出本方法在0~2.25 mg·L^(-1)线性良好,相关系数R> 0.99;当称样量为10 g,定容体积为100 mL时,该方法的定量限为3 mg·kg^(-1);在3种不同添加浓度的水平上,铁蓝的回收率在86.10%~101.54%,标准偏差≤1.08%。该方法的适用性和精确度均能满足日常监测的需求。In this paper,the supplementary test method BJS 201910,the second part of the qualitative verification method of iron blue,is studied in depth.On the basis of the quantitative limit of this method,it is concluded that this method has good linearity in the range of 0~2.25 mg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficient R>0.99;When the sample weight is 10 g and the constant volume is 100 mL,the quantitative limit of this method is 3 mg·kg^(-1);At the three levels of different concentrations,the recovery of iron blue is between 86.10%and 101.54%,and the standard deviation is≤1.08%.The applicability and accuracy of this method can meet the needs of daily detection.
