摘　　要：通过对贵州白酒企业的专利申请量、专利授权量、专利申请人、专利技术分布和专利法律状态等方面进行分析,发现贵州白酒产业存在专利认识不足、专利信息运用不足、专利质量较低、主要申请人的代表作用不明显、申请人类型不均衡等问题。提出加强专利知识宣传和教育、提升运用专利信息的能力、提高专利质量、减少白酒专利信息获取成本等建议。Through the analysis of the number of patent applications,patent grants,patent applicants,patent technology distribution,and patent legal status of Guizhou liquor enterprises,it is found that the Guizhou liquor industry has insufficient patent knowledge,insufficient use of patent information,low patent quality,unclear representative role of main applicants,unbalanced type of applicants,etc.Put forward suggestions on strengthening the publicity and education of patent knowledge,improve the ability of the liquor industry to use patent information,effectively improve the patent quality of the liquor industry,effectively reduce the cost of obtaining liquor patent information,and encourage colleges and research institutes to apply for liquor patents.
