摘 要:遗传性结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,年轻化为其重要特征。随着肿瘤治疗技术、辅助生殖技术的进步及患者对生育质量要求的提高,如何帮助该类患者实现优生优育成为该领域的一个重要研究方向。基因阻断可避免遗传性肿瘤致病基因向下一代传递,已成为该类患者的最佳辅助生殖策略。本文就遗传性结直肠癌的研究现状和基因阻断方法作一概述,并提出全流程解决方案。同时,该方案亦可供借鉴用于其他遗传性肿瘤的基因阻断实践。The incidence and mortality of hereditary colorectal cancer have been increasing yearly,and a notable characteristic is a trend toward younger patients.With advancements in cancer treatment,assisted reproductive technology,and increasing pa⁃tient demands for improved reproductive outcomes,determining how to help these patients achieve eugenics and fertility has be⁃come an important research direction in this field.Gene disruption can prevent the transmission of pathogenic genes from heredi⁃tary tumors to the next generation and has emerged as the optimal assisted reproductive strategy for these patients.This article provides an overview of the research status and gene disruption methods for hereditary colorectal cancer and proposes a compre⁃hensive solution.Additionally,this solution may serve as a reference for gene disruption practices in other hereditary tumors.
