摘  要:抗氧化能力与免疫水平是评估动物健康状况的重要指标,为探究不同生存环境对雌雄白腰文鸟(Lonchura striata)抗氧化能力和体液免疫水平的影响,本研究以野生、笼养白腰文鸟(雌雄各半)为研究对象,采用生物化学法及ELISA法对其抗氧化能力及体液免疫水平进行检测。研究发现:(1)野生白腰文鸟血清中T-SOD、CAT和GSH-Px活性,GSH含量和RAHFR能力均高于笼养白腰文鸟,且野生白腰文鸟血清中MDA含量低于笼养白腰文鸟;(2)野生白腰文鸟体内的IgA、IgM和IgG的含量均高于笼养白腰文鸟。因此得出,野生白腰文鸟的抗氧化能力和免疫球蛋白水平优于笼养鸟。Antioxidant capacity and immune level are important indexes of evaluating animal health status.This research aims to investigate the effects of different living environments on the antioxidant capacity and the humoral immune level of the wild and caged white-backed munias.The wild and caged white-backed munias(half male and half female)are studied and the differences between them are measured by the biochemical method and ELISA method.It is found that the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in serum,the content of GSH and RAHFR are higher in wild white-backed munias than that in the caged ones,and the content of MDA in wild ones is lower than that in caged white-backed munias;the content of IgA,IgM and IgG in wild white-backed munias are higher than that in the caged ones.The antioxidant capacity and immunoglobulin levels of wild white-backed munias are better than those of caged ones.
