首都高等学校研究生体育促进的研究

摘　　要：以首都高等学校为研究对象,以相关理论为依据,以实地调研为支撑,针对当前高校研究生体育课开设、体育锻炼参与等难点问题,按照样本抽取原理,确定15所高校的300名教师、1500名研究生为调研对象,深入开展问卷调查及座谈了解等工作,尤其对应存在的主要问题,探究解决路径与方法,形成了建强体育基础设施、开设研究生体育课程、提升体育锻炼的参与频率、培养良好的体育锻炼参与习惯、规范化开展体育锻炼活动、强化体育锻炼参与动机等观点,旨在为推进首都高校研究生体育工作提供理论参考与实践借鉴。With capital colleges and universities as the research object,based on relevant theories and supported by field research,in view of the current difficult issues such as physical education courses and participation in physical exercise for postgraduates in colleges and universities,300 teachers and 1500 postgraduates from 15 colleges and universities were selected as the research objects according to the principle of sample extraction to carry out in-depth questionnaire survey and discussion.Especially corresponding to the main problems,explore solutions and methods,and form the views of building physical infrastructure,setting up postgraduates physical education courses,improving the frequency of participation in physical exercise,cultivating good habits of participation in physical exercise,standardizing physical exercise activities,strengthening the motivation of participation in physical exercise,etc.The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for promoting the physical education work of postgraduates in capital colleges and universities.
