摘 要:孔子敬业观在儒家经典著作《论语》中有着丰富而生动的体现。孔子从人们对待“业”的心理状态和行为状态两个角度对“敬业”之“敬”进行论述,认为“临事而惧”是敬业者应具备的心理状态,“勤慎公忠”是敬业者应呈现的行为状态。孔子的敬业观主要体现在以下几点:“义以为质,先义后利”的原则,“乐以忘忧,信以成之”的内在保障,“德业双修,修己安人”的实践路径,“从心所欲,不逾矩”的理想境界。Confucius’concept of dedication to work is richly and vividly reflected in the Confucian classic Analects of Confucius,Confucius discussed the“respect”of“respect for work”from two aspects of people’s psychological state and behavioral state of treating“work”,and believed that“fear in the face of the situation”is the psychological state that the professional should have,and“diligence,prudence and public loyalty”is the behavioral state that the professional should present.Confucius’concept of respect for work is mainly embodied in the principle of“righteousness as the quality,righteousness before profit”,the internal guarantee of“happiness to forget worries,and faith to achieve it”,the practical path of“virtue and industry,self-cultivation and peace of mind”,and the ideal state of“follow one’s inclinations and do not exceed the rules”.
