摘  要:渗漏水是长大水下盾构隧道运营期常见且难处治的病害之一,具有监测实施难度较大和长久性处治效果不佳的关键性技术难点,研发设计出水浸监测+视频监控联动的渗漏水监测预警技术、接缝注浆+嵌缝封堵的管片接缝渗漏水处治技术、接缝注浆+防水密封罩的螺栓孔渗漏水处治技术,不仅实现对渗漏水实时在线监测预警,而且解决了水下盾构隧道常见的管片接缝和螺栓孔渗漏水长久性综合处治的难题,该渗漏水监测预警及处治技术成功应用于工程实践,可有效降低长大水下盾构隧道运营期的人工巡检强度,并降低养护成本,从而为类似养护工程的渗漏水病害综合治理提供参考。Water leakage is one of the common and difficult diseases in the operation period of long underwater shield tunnel,which has the key technical difficulties of large difficulty in monitoring and implementation and poor long-term treatment effect.In the research,water leakage monitoring and early warning technology based on water leakage monitoring and video monitoring,joint grouting and caulking sealing segment joint leakage treatment technology,and water leakage treatment technology of bolt hole of joint grouting and waterproof sealing cover were developed and designed.It not only realized the effective landing of real-time online monitoring and early warning of water leakage,but also solves the common underwater shield tunnel segment joint and bolt hole leakage boast comprehensive treatment of the problem,the water leakage monitoring early warning and treatment technology has been successfully applied to engineering practice,and it can effectively reduce the manual inspection intensity and maintenance cost during the long underwater shield tunnel operation period,and the technology can provide reference for the comprehensive treatment of water leakage diseases in similar maintenance projects.
