健康医疗大数据下高校医疗信息化复合型人才培养研究——基于供需匹配的视角

摘　　要：从供需匹配视角分析当前用人单位对医疗信息化复合型人才的需求及医药类高校医疗信息化复合型人才培养现状,发现存在院校培养目标与用人单位岗位需求、院校专业设置与用人单位专业要求、院校学生能力培养与用人单位岗位能力要求匹配度不高的问题。提出高校要关注医疗行业的用人需求、加大人才培养宣传力度、加强师资队伍建设、提高供需对接的精准化水平等措施。Based on the perspective of supply and demand matching,this paper analyzes the current demand for medical informationization multifunctional personnel by employers in the medical industry and the current situation of medical informationization multifunctional talent training in pharmaceutical higher education institutions.The paper found that there are problems such as low matching degree between the university′s training goals and job requirements of employers,the higher education institutions′course setup and professional requirements of employers,and the ability training of university students and job requirements of employers.The paper proposes measures such as paying attention to the hiring needs of the medical industry,increasing the publicity of training,strengthening the construction of the teaching team,and improving the precision of supply and demand matching.
