中医院校护理专业学位硕士与中医专科护士并轨培养的质性研究  

Qualitative Study on the Integration of Master′s Degree in Nursing and Specialized Nurse Training in Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities

摘　　要：目的调查中医护理专家和中医专科护士,了解其对中医院校护理专业学位硕士与中医专科护士并轨培养的看法及建议,为科学、系统地构建并轨培养模式提供参考依据。方法运用现象学研究法对13名中医护理专家及5名中医专科护士进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行主题分析。结果护理专业学位硕士与中医专科护士并轨培养方案包括五大主题:准入资质、培养方式、核心能力、职能角色和社会支持。其中核心能力设定为中医护理实践能力、临床决策与辩证思维能力、科研能力、指导管理能力,职能角色确定为临床中医护理专家、中医执业护士、中医个案管理护士,社会支持包括院校合作培养、医院支持。结论中医院校护理专业学位硕士与中医专科护士并轨培养是未来护理发展的新趋势,可进一步开展院校合作,制订并轨培养方案,设置具有中医特色的并轨培养课程,加快中医高层次护理人才培养。Objective To investigate Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing experts and Chinese Medicine specialized nurses,understand their views and suggestions on the integrated training of nursing master′s degree and Chinese Medicine specialized nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine universities,and provide reference for the scientific and systematic construction of integrated training mode.Methods Using phenomenological research methods,a semi structured interview was conducted with 13 traditional Chinese Medicine nursing experts and 5 Chinese Medicine specialized nurses,and a thematic analysis was conducted using the Colaizzi step analysis method.Results The integrated training program for master′s degree in nursing and Chinese Medicine specialized nurses included five main themes:admission qualifications,training methods,core competencies,functional roles,and social support.Among them,the core competencies are set as the practical abilities of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing,clinical decision-making and dialectical Thinking abilities,scientific research abilities,and guidance and management abilities.The functional roles are determined as clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing experts,practicing nurses of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and case management nurses of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Social support includes college cooperative training,and hospital support.Conclusion Integrating the cultivation of master′s degree in nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine universities and specialized nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine is a new trend in the development of nursing in future.It is possible to further develop among cooperation university,formulate a parallel training program,set up parallel training courses with Chinese Medicine characteristics,and accelerate the cultivation of high-level nursing personnel in Chinese Medicine.
