摘　　要：目的编制科学合理的基础护理学技能进展性案例库,并探讨其在教学中的应用效果。方法组建案例编制团队,根据教学大纲和编制标准建立基础护理学技能进展性案例库。选取2021级78名护理本科生,在静脉输液操作中引入进展性案例库,教学结束后调查学生和8位同行专家满意度。结果最终形成包含20个案例的基础护理学技能进展性案例库。学生满意度为96.1%~100.0%,同行专家满意度为87.59%~100.0%。结论学生和同行专家对进展性案例库满意度较高,认为可用于基础护理学及其他课程教学。Objective To construct a scientifically and professionally advanced case library of basic nursing skills and explore its application effect in teaching.Methods A case library team was organized to construct an advanced case library of basic nursing skills based on teaching schedules and standard-making criteria.78 undergraduate nursing students were selected and the advanced case library was introduced into the process of intravenous infusion treatment.The satisfaction of students and 8 countpart experts was surveyed after the teaching.Results A total of 20 advanced cases were finally collected in the case library of basic nursing skills.The student satisfaction rate was 96.1%~100.0%,and the expert peer satisfaction rate was 87.59%~100.0%.Conclusion The advanced case library of basic nursing skills has a high satisfaction rate among students and expert peers,and it can be used in the teaching of basic nursing skills and other courses.
