医学生职业理想教育的三重路径探析

摘　　要：加强医学生职业理想教育,对医学生自身发展、医疗行业健康发展以及“健康中国”建设等都具有重要意义。加强医学生职业理想教育需要着重从三方面入手:发挥教师的关键作用,用良好的德性凝聚人;发挥思政课的主渠道作用,用彻底的理论说服人;发挥校园文化的促进作用,用丰富的实践活动感召人。Strengthening the vocational ideal education of medical students is of significance to the development themselves,the healthy development of the medical industry and the construction of a"Healthy China".To meet this,we should focus on three aspects:giving full play to the key role of teachers and agglomerating people with good virtue.Give full play to the role of ideological and political courses as the main channel,and persuade people with thorough theories.Give full play to the promotion role of campus culture and inspire people with rich practical activities.
