摘  要:探讨临床观察—理论学习—案例讨论(Observation-Teaching-Discussion,OTD)教学法结合个性化目标教学管理在普通外科护理教学中的应用效果。实践表明,OTD结合个性化目标教学管理法有助于提高普通外科护生的理论成绩、临床技能和教学满意度,促进护生综合能力的提升,提高职业认同,宜进一步推广应用。This study aims to explore the application effect of the OTD(Observation-Teaching-Discussion)teaching method combined with personalized teaching management in general surgery nursing teaching.The practice has shown that the OTD combined with personalized teaching management method helps to improve the theoretical scores,clinical skills,and teaching satisfaction of general surgery nursing students,promote the improvement of students'comprehensive abilities,and enhance their professional identity.Therefore,it is suitable for further promotion and application.
