创新生态观下陶瓷行业创新发展思路和科技管理浅析

摘　　要：创新生态是指以科技创新为内核所形成的一个完整的生态系统,系统内包括科研院所、企业单位、政府部门等多元的、相互之间进行信息、资本、技术等要素交流的创新主体。本文针对陶瓷行业的科技管理,为提升企业创新能力,从创新生态的角度进行了深入分析,并基于当前科技管理中客观存在的一些问题,就如何运用创新生态观优化科技管理模式提出了解决思路。Innovation ecology refers to a complete ecosystem formed with scientific and technological innovation as the core,including scientific research institutes,enterprise units,government departments and other diversified innovation subjects that exchange information,capital,and technology and other elements with each other.Aiming at the scientific and technological management of the ceramic industry,in order to enhance the innovation ability of enterprises,this paper makes an in-depth analysis from the perspective of innovation ecology,and based on some objective problems in current science and technology management,solutions are put forward on how to use the innovation ecosystem to optimize the science and technology management model.
