摘　　要：目的 质控约束从单纯的规章制度、检查评分转变为一种自觉地行动准则。方法 全院组织培训后,所有医师(含住培、进修、实习医师)参与考试,考试按照首页四大类信息设置分填空题5道,单选题10道,多选题5道利用手机扫码考试,每场考试题库设置自动更新,考试成绩用Excel进行统计。结果 病案首页质量控制体系建立前后病案首页数据质量从88.35%提高到98.36%,疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)入组病案数提高了23.57%。结论 在三级公立医院绩效考核中的数据指标,是真正体现一个医院三级诊疗水平的核心数据,通过培训前后对比,增强了医生对首页填写重要性的认识,能够使数据质量大幅度上升。【Objective】 Quality control constraint of Hunan Provincial People's hospital has changed from simple rules and regulations and examination scores to a conscious action criterion.【Methods】 After the training organized by the whole hospital,all doctors(including residents,trainees,and interns) participated in the examination.According to the four categories of information on the home page,the examination was divided into 5 blank filling questions,10 single choice questions,and 5 multiple choice questions.The mobile phone scanning test was used.The question bank of each examination was automatically updated,and the examination results were counted with Excel.【Results】 Before and after the establishment of the quality control system for the first page of medical records,the data quality of the first page of medical records increased from 88.35% to 98.36%,and the number of DRG cases increased by 23.57%.【Conclusion】 The data indicators in the performance appraisal of three-level public hospitals are the core data that truly reflect the level of three-level diagnosis and treatment of a hospital.Through the comparison before and after training,doctors' understanding of the importance of filling in the home page is enhanced,and the data quality can be greatly improved.
