摘 要:临床上常在肺肿瘤附近植入基准标记以辅助放射治疗术中肿瘤定位,植入标记存在风险。基于无标记图像引导的实时肿瘤定位方法不需要植入标记物,规避了相关风险,得到广泛的研究和应用。该文综述了基于图像引导的无标记实时肿瘤定位最新方法,分别介绍了无标记的基于电子射野影像系统(EPID)图像、基于KV级术中监测系统(KIM)图像和基于MRI-Linac系统图像引导三种实时肿瘤定位方法。分析了不同定位方法的优势与局限性,展望了基于图像引导的无标记实时肿瘤定位方法的发展趋势。Fiducial markers are often implanted near lung tumors in clinical practice to assist in tumor localization during radiotherapy,however there are risks associated with implanting process.Markerless image-guided real-time tumor localization methods can avoid those risks since markers are not required,thus have been widely studied and applied.This paper reviews the latest methods of image-guided markerless real-time tumor localization,three markerless real-time tumor localization methods are introduced:electronic portal imaging device(EPID) based,kilovoltage intrafraction monitoring(KIM) based,and MRI-Linac based respectively.The advantages and limitations of each method is analyzed,and the development trend of image-guided markerless realtime tumor localization methods is prospected.
