摘  要:皂苷类化合物是一类苷元为三萜或甾烷类的糖苷类化合物,具有广泛的抗肿瘤作用,其具体机制包括抑制肝癌细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡、促进细胞自噬、阻滞细胞周期、抑制肿瘤侵袭转移及肿瘤耐药性。本文通过检索近年来国内外最新研究成果,首次系统阐述滇重楼、人参、柴胡、桔梗、地肤子传统植物药中主要天然皂苷类化合物的抗肝癌作用机制,以期为肝癌的治疗与药物的研发提供参考。Saponins are a class of glycosides with triterpenoids or steranes,which have a wide range of anti-tumor effects.These saponins have been found several mechanisms of anti-hepatocellular carcinoma,such as inhibiting the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells,promoting apoptosis,facilitating autophagy,arresting cell cycle,repressing tumor invasion and metastasis and tumor drug resistance.Therefore,this paper reviewed the mechanism of anti-hepatocellular carcinoma of natural saponins in the traditional phytomedicine,including Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz,Panax ginseng,Radix Bupleuri,Platycodon grandiflorum,and Kochiae Fructus,by retrieving the latest research at domestic and overseas in recent years for the first time,in order to provide novel reference for the treatment and drug development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
