摘 要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的血浆微小RNA(miRNA)-150水平与临床特征和血清癌胚抗原(CEA)的关系。方法选取96例NSCLC患者和80例肺部良性疾病患者,分别作为NSCLC组和对照组。比较NSCLC组和对照组患者的血浆miRNA-150和血清CEA水平,比较不同临床特征NSCLC患者的血浆miRNA-150水平。采用Pearson相关分析法分析NSCLC患者血浆miRNA-150水平与血清CEA水平的相关性,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析miRNA-150、CEA单独及联合检测对NSCLC的诊断效能。结果NSCLC组患者的血浆miRNA-150和血清CEA水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同性别、年龄、吸烟史、组织学类型、临床分期、分化程度、肿瘤直径NSCLC患者的血浆miRNA-150水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,NSCLC患者的血浆miRNA-150水平与血清CEA水平呈正相关(P﹤0.05)。miRNA-150、CEA联合检测诊断NSCLC的曲线下面积(AUC)、灵敏度及特异度分别为0.986、93.1%、100%,均高于miRNA-150、CEA单独检测。结论NSCLC患者的血浆miRNA-150水平较高,其与患者的临床特征无关,但与血清CEA水平呈正相关,与CEA联合检测可有效诊断NSCLC。Objective To investigate the level of plasma microRNA(miRNA)-150 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients and its relationship with clinical characteristics and serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA).Method A total of 96 patients with NSCLC and 80 patients with benign lung diseases were selected and divided into the NSCLC group and the control group.The plasma miRNA-150 and serum CEA levels were compared between the two groups,and the plasma miRNA-150 levels in NSCLC patients with different clinical characteristics were compared.The correlation of plasma miRNA-150 level and serum CEA level in NSCLC patients was analyzed by Pearson analysis.The diagnosis efficacy of single and combined detection of plasma miRNA-150 and serum CEA for NSCLC were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Result The plasma miRNA-150 and serum CEA levels in NSCLC group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences for plasma miRNA-150 levels in NSCLC patients with different gender,age,smoking history,histological type,clinical stage,differentiation degree and tumor diameter(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between plasma miRNA-150 and serum CEA(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of miRNA-150 and CEA were 0.986,93.1%and 100%respectively,which were all higher than single detection of miRNA-150 and CEA.Conclusion Plasma miRNA-150 is highly expressed in patients with NSCLC,which is positively correlated with serum CEA and not correlated with clinical characteristics.Combined detection of plasma miRNA-150 and serum CEA can improve the diagnostic efficiency of NSCLC.
