摘　　要：目的探讨钾电压门控通道亚家族C成员3(KCNC3)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者预后的关系。方法收集60例腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者的临床资料,采用免疫组织化学法检测KCNC3水平并分析其与患者临床特征和预后的关系。结果肿瘤分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结远处转移的胃癌患者的胃癌组织中KCNC3阳性表达率分别明显高于肿瘤分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结远处转移的胃癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,分化程度为低分化、有淋巴结远处转移、KCNC3表达阳性均是腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者预后的独立危险因素(P﹤0.01)。结论胃癌组织中KCNC3表达与临床特征有关,KCNC3表达可作为预测腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者预后的生物标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily C member 3(KCNC3)in gastric cancer tissues and its relationship with prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Method The clinical data of 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were collected.The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the level of KCNC3 and analyze its relationship with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of the patients.Result The positive expression rates of KCNC3 in gastric cancer tissues of gastric cancer patients with tumor stages III-IV and distant lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those of gastric cancer patients with tumor stages I-II and without distant lymph node metastasis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Multivariate analysis showed that poor differentiation,distant lymph node metastasis,and positive KCNC3 expression were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of KCNC3 in gastric cancer tissues is related to clinical characteristics,and this target could be used as a biomarker to predict the prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.
