摘  要:《国际中文教育用中国文化国情教学参考框架》(以下简称《参考框架》)是国际中文教育领域第一部文化教学的参考框架。《参考框架》通过确定文化教学范围、描述文化教学目标和内容,梳理文化项目、例举文化教学点、划分教学层级等方式展示了国际中文教育领域文化教学的新理念和新思路。论文将讨论三个问题:1)《参考框架》建构基本框架的依据和内容特点是什么?2)文化教学的目标和内容侧重点是什么?3)文化内容层级划分的依据和特点是什么?作为首部文化教学的纲领性文件,《参考框架》突出了文化教学内容的系统性、与国际中文教育的相关性、教学的实用性等编写理念和原则,体现了新时代国际中文教育领域文化教学的特点和需求。A Reference Framework of Chinese Culture and Society in International Chinese Education is the first framework for cultural teaching in the field.The Framework showcases the new ideas and new approach to culture teaching by framing the scope of cultural contents,describing cultural teaching objectives and focuses,and sequencing cultural contents.It has further clarified controversial theoretical issues such as what culture is,what and why culture should be taught,and what the relationship is between culture teaching and language teaching.It also provides detailed guidelines for cultural teaching practice.The paper discusses three questions:1.What are the theoretical foundation and characteristics of the structure of the Framework?2.What are the objectives and focuses of cultural teaching?3.What are the principles and characteristics of the ordering of cultural contents?
