摘　　要：近年来,伴随“一带一路”倡议的快速推进,我国国际工程项目承包商不仅迎来了更多的机遇,也将面临更严峻的挑战。其中,以设备为核心的施工资源采购供应管理问题是国际工程项目施工组织管理中最重要的内容之一。本文以南亚地区国际工程为例,研究分析国际工程项目中设备资源供应特点、风险,结合案例所在国的实际情况,基于供应管理视角,给出可行的措施和建议,为我国国际工程项目承包商提供参考。In recent years,with the rapid development of China's national“Belt and Road Initiative”,Chinese international engineering project contractors have ushered in more opportunities and faced more challenges.Among them,the procurement and supply management of construction resources with equipment as the core is one of the essential concerns in the construction organization and management of international engineering projects.Taking international engineering in South Asia as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics,risks,and impacts of equipment resource supply in international engineering projects.Combined with the actual situation of the country where the case is located and based on the perspective of supply management,gives feasible measures and suggestions to provide a reference for Chinese international engineering project contractors.
