摘　　要：以长安大学物流管理专业为例,为解决该专业知识固化、人才供给结构化矛盾等痛点,依托学校工科优势,尝试构建“两融、三维、三系”高质量育人生态体系,形成“学科交叉融合”“创新创业融通”人才培养新理念,提供“课程教学—科创平台—多方协同”三维教学资源,搭建“支持—评价—监督”体系保障机制,探索可复制的,具有“长大”特色的物流管理高质量育人生态体系。Taking the logistics management major of Chang'an University as an example,in order to solve the pain points such as the solidification of professional knowledge and the structural contradiction of talent supply,relying on the advantages of the school's engineering,this paper tries to build a high-quality education ecosystem of“two integration,three-dimensional and three-system”,form a new concept of“interdisciplinary integration”and“innovation and entrepreneurship integration”,provides three-dimensional teaching resources of“curiculum teaching-science,innovation platform,multi-party colaboration”,builds a“support,evaluation,supervision”system guarantee mechanism,and explores a reproducible high-quality education ecosystem of logistics management with characteristics of Chang'an University.
