摘  要:甜菜制糖在我国已有100多年的历史,目前内蒙古、新疆成为我国甜菜糖的主产区.甜菜种植受劳动、资本、土地、技术等投入要素的影响,这些要素的变动均会影响甜菜产量,进而影响甜菜糖的产量.随着人均收入的提高,食糖的消费会增加,同时人们也更加注重健康养生,对高热量含糖食品、饮料等需求减弱,低糖、少糖成为了一种潮流,从而抑制食糖消费.实际上科学合理地食用食糖对人体健康是有利的.甜菜糖的替代品甜菊糖、淀粉糖、化工代糖由于价格低廉、甜度高,在食品、饮料行业被广泛使用,对甜菜糖的消费也同样有负面作用,尤其是果葡糖浆在饮料中的使用对甜菜糖消费影响较大.Beet sugar production has a history of more than 100 years in China.At present,Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang have become the main production areas of beet sugar in China.Sugar beet planting is affected by labor,capital,land,technology and other input factors,and the changes of these factors will affect the yield of sugar beet,and then affect the output of sugar.With the increase of income,the consumption of sugar will increase.At the same time,as people will pay more attention to health preservation,and the demand for high-calorie foods and beverages will weaken,low sugar have become a trend,thus inhibiting sugar consumption.In fact,it is beneficial to human health to eat sugar scientifically and reasonably.Stevia sugar,starch sugar and chemical sugar,as substitutes for beet sugar,are widely used in the food and beverage industry due to their low price and high sweetness,and also have a negative effect on beet sugar consumption,especially the use of fructose syrup in beverages has a great impact on consumption of beet sugar.
