桃红四物汤对气滞血瘀型浸润性乳腺癌Bcl-2,Bax及Ki-67蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨气滞血瘀型浸润性乳腺癌采用桃红四物汤治疗对B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)蛋白表达及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月我院收治的气滞血瘀型浸润性乳腺癌患者共计84例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组采用常规化疗治疗,观察组采用桃红四物汤联合化疗治疗,对两组Bcl-2、Bax、Ki-67蛋白及炎性因子水平进行比较。结果治疗后两组Bcl-2、Ki-67蛋白水平降低(P<0.05),Bax水平提高(P<0.05),观察组Bcl-2、Ki-67蛋白水平较对照组更低(P<0.01),Bax水平较对照组更高(P<0.01);治疗后两组TNF-α、CRP水平提高(P<0.05),观察组水平较对照组低(P<0.01)。结论桃红四物汤用于治疗气滞血瘀型浸润性乳腺癌可改善Bcl-2、Bax、Ki-67蛋白水平,缓解机体炎症反应。tObjective To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on the protein expression of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax),and proliferation marker(Ki-67),and levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in invasive breast cancer patients of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.Methods A total of 84 patients with invasive breast cancer of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern who were treated in Zhuozhou City Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and classified into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42)by random ball touching.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,while the observation group with Taohong Siwu Decoction and conventional chemotherapy.The protein levels of Bcl-2,Bax,and Ki-67 and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the protein levels of Bcl-2 and Ki-67 were decreased(P<0.05),and the level of Bax was increased(P<0.05)in the two groups.The protein levels of Bcl-2 and Ki-67 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the level of Bax was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand CRP in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),but the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction can improve the protein levels of Bcl-2,Bax,and Ki-67 in patients with invasive breast cancer of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern and alleviate the inflammatory response.
