摘  要:目的探讨多元互动教学模式在中医护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月—2021年4月枣庄市峄城区中医院护理专业实习生62名,按随机数字表法分为对照组(31名)和观察组(31名)。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用多元互动教学模式,两组均教学12周。比较两组考核成绩、自主学习能力、临床综合能力。结果教学12周后,两组理论考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩、护理专业学生自主学习能力测评量表评分,以及中医四诊、辨证施护、人文关怀技巧、中医健康教育、沟通交流评分均较教学前升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项成绩、评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论多元互动教学模式应用于中医护理教学中效果确切,可提高实习生的自主学习能力,使其更好地掌握中医理论知识、提高技能操作能力,从而促进综合发展。Objective To explore the performance of multimodal interactive teaching mode in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing.Methods A total of 62 nursing interns from Yicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zaozhuang City were selected to engage in the study from June 2020 to April 2021.They were assigned into a control group(31 interns)and an observation group(31 interns)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted multimodal interactive teaching mode.Both groups were taught for 12 weeks.The assessment scores,self-learning ability,and clinical comprehensive abilities were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of teaching,both groups showed increased theoretical assessment scores,skill assessment scores,nursing students'self-learning ability assessment scale scores,TCM four examination(inspection,listening and smelling,inquiry,and pulse taking and palpation)scores,scores of nursing based on syndrome differentiation,humanistic care skill scores,TCM health education scores,and communication scores(P<0.05).Moreover,the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The multimodal interactive teaching mode is effective in the teaching of TCM nursing.It can improve the interns'self-learning ability,help them have a better grasp of the TCM theories and improve their professional skills,thereby promoting their comprehensive development.
