摘  要:硬脑膜位于中枢神经系统最外层,有丰富的脉管系统和免疫细胞,是中枢神经系统的第一道屏障。脑膜淋巴管和免疫细胞是硬脑膜免疫的主要组分,在多种中枢神经系统疾病中发挥作用;相较于脑实质,硬脑膜与外周联系更密切且更易受人为干预。因此,硬脑膜免疫有望成为预防和诊治颅内疾病的新靶点。文中主要从脑膜淋巴管和免疫细胞两方面阐述硬脑膜免疫,并以此为基础,总结硬脑膜免疫在中枢神经系统感染和免疫性疾病中的作用。Dura mater,rich in vasculature and immune cells,is the outermost layer of the central nervous system,and thus acts as the first barrier to protect brain.Meningeal lymphatic vessels and immune cells are main components of dural immunity,which respond to a variety of central nervous system diseases.Meanwhile,compared with brain parenchyma,dura mater communicates more with peripheral tissues and is more susceptible to medical interventions.Therefore,dura mater is a promising target to prevent,diagnose and treat intracranial diseases.Here dural immunity is clarified based on meningeal lymphatic vessels and dural immune cells,and current researches inquiring the role of dural immunity in infectious and immune diseases of central nervous system are summarized.
