摘 要:目的设计开发高职护理专业学生临床思维训练平台并探讨其应用效果。方法以临床常见症状为主线、以护理程序为框架,设计高职护理专业学生临床思维训练平台。在护理综合实训课程中,对2018级304名学生(试验组)使用该平台辅助教学,对2017级325名学生(对照组)使用传统临床案例分析法进行教学,比较两组课程结束后的临床思维能力客观结构化临床考试成绩和自我导向学习能力。结果试验组临床思维能力客观结构化临床考试得分、自我导向学习能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理临床思维训练平台具有较好的应用价值,有助于提高护理专业学生的临床思维能力和自我导向学习能力。Objective To design and develop clinical thinking training platform for nursing students and explore its application effect on clinical thinking ability of higher vocational nursing students.Methods The clinical thinking training platform for nursing students in higher vocational colleges was designed with common clinical symptoms as the main line and nursing procedures as the framework.In the practical course of comprehensive nursing training,the platform was used to assist the teaching of 304 students(experimental group)in Grade 2018,and 325 students(control group)in Grade 2017 were taught with the traditional clinical case analysis method.The OSCE score of clinical thinking ability and the score of self-directed learning ability of the students in the two groups were compared after the course.Results The OSCE score of clinical thinking ability and self-directed learning ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The constructed nursing clinical thinking training platform has good application value,which is helpful to improve the clinical thinking ability and self-directed learning ability of nursing students.
