摘　　要：电网的继电保护业务需要满足“双通道三路由”,其中第三条路由是承载在保护通信专网上的迂回路由,根据传输网的网络拓扑进行规划。在通信运维检修工作中,路由规划一般采取人工规划方式,这不但耗时费力、工作效率低下,而且容易出现纰漏。针对此问题,设计实现一个保护通信专网路由自动规划平台,用来取代人为规划路由。平台是在VBA窗体中编写代码实现的可视化界面,算法采用的是基于DFS算法改进提出的路由规划方法。通过人为规划与平台规划的结果对比,得证平台的规划结果准确可用,也是最优的迂回路由方案。文章提出的保护通信专网路由自动规划平台,实现了220kV线路保护通道路由的智能化调度,对智能电网工作有一定的推动作用,可继续优化推广于通信运维检修工作中。The relay protection service of the pows grid needs to meet the requirements of"two channels and three routes",the third route is a detour route carried on the protection communication private networii,which is planned according to the network topology of the transmission networic In the communication operation and maintenance woric,the routing planning is generally manual,which is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also inefficient,and prone to errors.To solve this problem,we design and inclement an automatic routing planning platform of the protection communication private network to replace the manual routing.The platform is a visual interfece realized by coding in VBA form The algorithm adopts the routing planning method based on the iroprovement of DFS algorithm By comparing the results of manual planning and platfoim planning,it is proved that the planning results of the platform are accurate and available,and are also the best detour routing scheme.The automatic routing planning platform of the protection communication private network proposed in this paper realizes the intelligent scheduling of the 220kV line protection channel routing,which has a certain role in promoting the smart-grid wodc,and can continue to be optimized and promoted in the communication operation and maintenance work.
