摘　　要：体育之美自该向身体探寻,却非落在姿态、动作、力量等固化因素上,而是聚焦于身体行为的整体过程,里面的每个因素都有贡献。但这个行为在性质上是非功利性的,目的止乎于行为本身,历史上附加给身体运动诸多的宗教、政治、民族、经济等功能,均与体育之美无关。从另一方面看,体育又与众多生活领域有着千丝万缕的联系,特别是职业体育,本身就是一种生活方式。外部的生存需要,尤其是科学方法,完全可以内化为身体行为的动力,合理开发和展示身体之美,避免随性无度。多考虑与生活的联系,培养对生活多方面的兴趣和能力,不仅可以丰富体育之美的质涵,还可以将这种美延续到运动员其他生活领域,从而克服职业体育的片面性,接近马克思所讲的全面发展的人。The beauty of sports should be explored towards the body,not falling on solidified factors such as posture,movement and strength,but focusing on the overall process of physical behavior,in which each factor has a contribu⁃tion to make. However,this behavior is non-utilitarian in nature,the purpose stops at the behavior itself,and themany religious,political,ethnic,and economic functions historically attached to physical movements have nothingto do with the beauty of sport. On the other hand,sports are inextricably linked to many areas of life,especially pro⁃fessional sports,which are a way of life in themselves. The external need for survival,especially the scientificmethod,can be fully internalized as a motivation for bodily behavior,to develop and display the beauty of the bodyrationally,and to avoid being casual to excess. Considering more the connection with life and cultivating the interestand ability in many aspects of life could not only enrich the quality of the beauty of sports,but also extend thisbeauty to other areas of the athlete’s life,thus overcoming the one-sidedness of professional sports and approachingthe rounded human beings that Marx spoke of.
