摘  要:加强青年教师培养,建设一支师德高尚、素质优良、专业知识过硬的青年教师队伍,对于提高教学质量、培养高素质医学人才至关重要。本文从青年教师培养模式入手,采取岗前培训、导师制,举办教学比赛和学术活动,优化人才培养机制,加强课程思政教育,对非医学教育背景教师实行特殊培训,加强青年教师的培养,以帮助他们快速成长,更好地发挥主力军的作用。To strengthen the training of young teachers and build a team of young teachers with noble morality,excellent quality and excellent professional knowledge is very important for improving the teaching quality and training highquality medical talents.This paper introduces the training mode of special training for young teachers with non-medical education background by adopting pre job training,tutor system,holding teaching competitions and academic activities,optimizing talent training mechanism and curriculum ideological and political education,strengthening the training of young teachers,so as to help them grow rapidly and play a better role as the main force.
