摘  要:航空活塞发动机起动过程的转速变化具有强非线性等特点,且飞机起动时会受诸多因素的限制,导致发动机在起动至怠速过程中转速会突降,使其起动受阻。针对上述问题,提出一种基于模糊控制的航空活塞发动机喷油方法,改善发动机从起动至怠速过程的转速变化问题。首先,利用AMESim与Simulink搭建压燃式航空活塞发动机仿真模型,实现联合仿真,将发动机喷油参数作为决策目标,发动机曲轴转速和总需求转矩作为输入变量;其次,使用模糊控制结合联合仿真不断修正控制算法,使得发动机曲轴转速在3 s左右到达1352 r/min后稳定在怠速状态。实验结果验证了在不同海拔下发动机从起动平稳地过渡到怠速状态后转速会稳定在1352 r/min附近,相比于传统MAP控制方法,模糊算法在响应时间上提高了0.5 s,起动时间缩短22%,超调量小于3%,提高了发动机怠速稳定性。The speed variation during the starting process of aviation piston engines has strong nonlinear characteristics,and aircraft starting is limited by many factors,resulting in a sudden drop in engine speed during the starting to idle process,which hinders its starting.On this basis,AMESim and Simulink are used to build a compression combustion aviation piston engine simulation model,and the co⁃simulation is realized.The engine fuel injection parameters are taken as the decision⁃making objective,and the engine crankshaft speed and total demand torque are taken as the input variables.Fuzzy control combined with co⁃simulation is used to continuously modify the control algorithm,so that the engine crankshaft speed can reach 1352 r/min around 3 s and stabilize at idle speed.The experimental results verify that the engine speed will be stable around 1352 r/min after the engine transitions from starting to idling at different altitudes.In comparison with the traditional MAP control method,the fuzzy algorithm can improve the response time by 0.5 s,the starting time is shortened by 22%,and the overshoot is less than 3%,which can improve the engine idling stability.
