摘 要:推导基于平截面法的多模数渐开线直齿轮副齿根应力公式,进行多模数渐开线直齿轮副齿根应力计算,分析模数比变化对主、从动轮齿根应力的影响。结果表明:多模数齿轮副主动轮齿根峰值应力随着模数比的增大而减小,从动轮齿根峰值应力随着模数比的增大而增大;对于渐开线直齿轮副可以通过稍微增大主动轮的模数来显著降低小齿轮(主动轮)的齿根应力,来提高小齿轮的弯曲强度。The root stress formula of multi-mode involute spur gear pair based on the plane section method is derived and the root stress of multi-mode involute spur gear pair is calculated,and then the influence of modulus ratio change on root stress of driving and driven gears is analyzed.The results show that the peak stress of driving gear root of multi-mode gear pair decreases with the increase of modulus ratio and the peak stress of driven gear root increases with the increase of modulus ratio;For the involute spur gear pair,the root stress of the pinion(driving wheel)can be significantly reduced by slightly increasing the modulus of the driving wheel to improve the bending strength of the pinion.
