摘　　要：基于软交换技术的新型呼叫中心不仅成本得到了有效控制,功能也愈发强大,受到了企业和开发者的广泛青睐。IVR交互式语音应答系统作为呼叫中心最不可或缺的一部分自然有非常重要的作用。以开源软交换机FreeSWITCH为平台,设计实现了一种便于使用和二次开发的IVR系统,智能化地满足用户需求。In recent years,with the continuous development of the call center system.A new call center based on SoftSwitch tech⁃nology not only has been effectively controlled,but also has become more powerful.As the most indispensable part of call center,IVR interactive voice response system plays an extremely important role.On the platform of open source SoftSwitch(FreeSWITCH),a kind of IVR system is designed and implemented,which is convenient for initial use and secondary development.It can intelligently meet the needs of users.
