摘 要:贵州凯峡河特大桥为(180+230)m不对称半飘浮体系独塔结合梁斜拉桥,桥梁依次跨越凯峡河河谷和U形溶蚀槽谷。主梁采用双边“上”字形钢主梁与混凝土桥面板组成的结合梁,全宽30 m,桥面板采用C55高性能混凝土。桥塔采用“人”字形结构,塔高117 m。斜拉索采用环氧喷涂钢绞线成品索,按空间双索面扇形布置,单个索面布置18对,全桥共72根斜拉索。索塔锚固采用钢锚梁;索梁锚固采用锚拉板,为适应空间索面斜拉索锚固,锚拉板与钢主梁腹板采用小角度弯折焊接。桥塔采用爬模法施工,钢主梁采用桥面吊机悬拼。分别采用有限元软件MIDAS Civil和MIDAS FEA对斜拉桥进行总体和局部计算,结果表明该桥各项指标均满足规范要求。The Kaixia River Bridge in Guizhou Province is an asymmetric single pylon cable-stayed bridge of a semi-floating system.The bridge has two spans of 180 m and 230 m,successively crossing the Kaixia River valley and a U-shaped valley.The superstructure,measuring 30 m in full width,consists of double"上"shaped steel girders that act compositely with the overlaid concrete slabs(C55 high-strength concrete).The pylon is a"人"shaped structure rising 117 m.The stay cables,which are composed of finished epoxy-coated steel strands,are fanned out in spatial double cable planes,18 pairs in each cable plane,and totaling 72 stay cables.The stay cables are anchored to the pylon via steel anchor beams and to the deck using anchor tensile plates.To facilitate the anchor of spatial stay cable planes,the anchor tensile plates are bent with a small angle to be welded with the webs of the steel girders.Climbing formwork and derrick crane were used in the construction of the pylon and the steel girders,respectively.Global and local calculations were conducted in MIDAS Civil and MIDAS FEA,and the results indicate that all the indexes meet the code requirements.
