摘　　要：为了推进建筑工业化、数字化、智能化升级,国家相继发布政策,鼓励工程建造行业进行创新转型。智能建造被认为是工程建设行业未来发展的重要趋势。在智能建造背景下,供应链扮演的角色愈加重要,引起了产业界与学术界的重视。智能建造在给传统建筑业带来变革的同时,也给供应链管理提出了新的挑战与发展机遇。文章在解析智能建造内涵的基础上,提出供应链发展的新需求与新挑战,主要体现在四个方面:供应链边界与价值;供应链生态及其演化;供应链与产业链协同;供应链数字化转型。并对四个方面进行深度解析,以期为学术界与产业界提供新的研究内容和方向。The government has implemented policies to promote the industrialization,digitization,and intelligent upgrading of buildings,aiming to encourage innovation and transformation in the engineering and construction industry.Intelligent construction is recognized as a significant trend in the future development of the engineering construction industry.Within the realm of intelligent construction,the role of the supply chain has gained increasing importance,drawing attention from both industry and academia.Intelligent construction not only brings changes to the traditional construction industry,but also presents new challenges and development opportunities to supply chain management.Based on analyzing the connotation of intelligent construction,this article proposes new demands and challenges for supply chain development,which are mainly reflected in four aspects:supply chain boundaries and values;Supply chain ecology and its evolution;Supply chain and industrial chain coordination;Digital transformation of supply chain.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of these four aspects,aiming to offer fresh research content and direction for both academia and industry.
