摘  要:考虑RFID技术可以优化闭环供应链的回收和再制造过程,以单制造商和单分销商组成的再制造闭环供应链为研究对象,研究了闭环供应链采纳RFID技术前后的新产品和再制品的定价策略。考虑废旧产品的回收和再制造两个环节,分别构建了分散决策和集中决策下闭环供应链采纳RFID技术前后的两阶段Stackelberg动态博弈模型,第一阶段制造商只生产新产品,第二阶段分销商开始回收废旧产品,制造商同时生产新产品和再制品。通过数理推演,得到制造商与分销商的差别定价策略,分析了分销商的回收价格、废旧产品的再制造率及RFID标签价格对闭环供应链定价策略、需求以及收益的影响。最后通过算例进行模型验证,证明了研究的价值。The paper pointed out that the RFID technology could optimize the recycling and remanufacturing processes of the closedloop supply chain.On such basis,the paper took the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one distributor as the research object,and studied the pricing strategy of new products and remanufactured products before and after the adoption of the RFID technology in the closed-loop supply chain.For the recycling and remanufacturing of waste products,the paper built the Stackelberg dynamic game model of the supply chain divided into two stages by the adoption of RFID technology respectively under decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making.In the first stage,the manufacturer only turned out new products;in the second stage,the distributor began to recycle waste products,and the manufacturer made both new products and remanufacturing products.Through mathematical calculation,the paper deduced the differential pricing strategy for the manufacturer and the distributor,and analyzed the effects of distributor's recycling price,waste product remanufacturing rate and RFID tag price on the pricing strategy,demand and revenue of the closed-loop supply chain.Finally,the paper tested said models through a numerical example,which proved the value of this research.
