基于三因学说探讨中医治未病理念

摘　　要：中医治未病理念源于疾病预防观,其关键在于预防疾病的发生和发展,维持机体健康状态。世界卫生组织提出了21世纪健康新概念:健康不仅是没有疾病,而且包括躯体健康、心理健康、社会适应良好和道德健康。从阴阳学说角度出发,认为“阴平阳秘”中医理论与现代健康状态有着密切的联系。本文结合“三因学说”理念,提出“内修、外防、注节制”的中医治未病观点,提高防病治病意识,通过积极采取预防手段,达到健康养生的目的。“三因学说”所蕴藏的中医治未病思想对现代疾病防治具有指导意义。The theory of"treating pre-disease"in traditional Chinese medicine comes from the concept of disease prevention,the key content lies in the prevention of the occurrence and development of disease and maintain a healthy state of the body.The World Health Organization has put forward a new concept of health in the 21st century:health is not only the absence of disease,but also includes physical health,mental health,well-adapted society and moral health.From the perspective of Yin-Yang theory,we believed that the TCM theory of"balance between Yin and Yang"is closely related to modern health state.We combined with the concept of"three Causes theory",we put forward the prevention of traditional Chinese medicine concept of"internal repair,external prevention and control",the awareness of disease prevention and treatment are raised and the purpose of health preservation by actively taking preventive measures.The connotation of“three causes theory”in traditional Chinese medicine has a guiding significance for modern disease prevention and treatment.
