摘 要:通过家长情绪体验的定性研究,探究家长焦虑形成的主要因素和文化背景。首先使用系统性综述中二次文献筛选方法,从现有文献中筛选出家长焦虑的34个案例,再采用意义识别和主题聚焦等Colaizzi研究步骤,收集影响家长焦虑情绪的主要影响因素。结论是:1.家长焦虑来源主要是学生学业成就;2.周围父母和媒体宣传影响了家长教育观念,是加剧家长焦虑体验的最大外因;3.父母和子女的情感交流障碍是增加家长焦虑情绪体验的一个新因素。认为中国传统家庭结构、社会变革和中国传统文化的影响是中国家长焦虑的文化根源。A qualitative study of parents'emotional experiences was carried out to explore the main factors and cultural contexts of parental anxiety formation.Thirty-four cases of parental anxiety were first screened from the existing literature using the secondary literature screening method in a systematic review,and then the main influencing factors affecting parental anxiety were collected using the Colaizzi research steps of meaning identification and theme focus.It was concluded that:1.the main source of parental anxiety is students'academic achievement;2.surrounding parents and media propaganda influenced parents'educational perceptions,which is the biggest exogenous factor exacerbating parents'anxiety experience;3.emotional communication barriers between parents and children is a new factor increasing parents'anxiety experience.It is believed that the traditional Chinese family structure,social changes,and the influence of traditional Chinese culture are the cultural roots of Chinese parents'anxiety.
