摘 要:随着医学科学发展和技术进步,专项医疗技术与专科医疗水平是专科医院和综合医院提高医疗质量的根本保障。目前,相对于某一个病种或少数医学分科的专科医院,可诊治病种多、科室齐全,并提供全方位医疗、护理、保健等服务的综合性医院仍是我国医疗卫生事业的基础和主要组成部分。综合医院护理人才培养、队伍建设及护理水平直接影响到综合医院的医疗水平和服务质量,因此,重视和加强护理人才队伍建设是综合医院的重要工作。综合医院护理人才管理有其自身特点,是一项系统工程,主要涉及到护理人才队伍的整体规划、组织培养、科研指导、业务协调和专项控制等方面内容,并以此实现临床护理工作的高性能、高水平、高质量运行。通过总结和归纳综合医院护理人才队伍建设中存在的主要问题,探讨护理人才队伍建设的优化路径,力求为综合医院护理人才管理提供理论依据。With the development of medical science and technology,special medical technology and special medical level are the fundamental guarantee for special hospitals and general hospitals to improve medical quality.At present,compared with the specialized hospitals of a certain disease or a few medical branches,the general hospitals,which can diagnose and treat many kinds of diseases,complete the departments,and provide all-round medical,nursing,health and other services,are still the foundation and main component of China's medical and health undertakings.Nursing personnel training,team construction and nursing level of general hospital directly affect the medical level and service quality of general hospital.Therefore,it is an important work of general hospital to attach importance to and strengthen the management of nursing human resources and the construction of nursing personnel team.Nursing human resources and talent management in general hospital has its own characteristics.It is a systematic project,which mainly involves the overall planning,organization training,scientific research guidance,business coordination and special control of human resources management and nursing talent team,so as to achieve high performance,high level and high quality operation of clinical nursing work.By summarizing and concluding the characteristics of nursing human resources and talents in general hospitals,this paper studies the main problems existing in the construction of nursing human resources and talents in general hospitals,discusses the optimization path of the construction of nursing human resources and talents,and strives to provide theoretical basis for the management of nursing human resources and talents in general hospitals.
