摘　　要：速度是现代性的中心论题,也是区分现代道路基础设施等级不可或缺的核心元素,与之相关的正义论题更是牵涉社会结构及其运行的关键所在。以“创造性破坏”为元逻辑的资本主义速度正义观表征为加速即正义的外在形式,会加速人的异化、社会的断裂,甚至对政治民主运行过程进行宰制,进而导致社会非正义的全面产生。在中国式现代化的征程中,凝聚民心的“四好农村路”、平衡发展的国家公路网和兼顾差异化速度需求的铁路格局,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识奠定了物质基础。相比以市场、资本为导向的资本主义社会,中国的道路基础设施往往作为均衡东西部、城乡间和民族间发展不平衡不充分的重要方式而存在,其背后寻求的是中国特色社会主义的公平正义,即新的速度正义。Speed is the central theme of modernity and an indispensable core element in distinguishing the level of modern road infrastructure.The related issue of justice is also the key to social structure and its operation.The capitalist speed justice view with creative destruction as the metalogic is characterized by acceleration,which is the external form of justice.It will accelerate the alienation of people,the rupture of society,and even dominate the operation process of politi-cal democracy,thus leading to the overall emergence of social injustice.In the journey of Chinese path to modernization,the four good rural roads,the balanced development of the national highway network and the railway pattern that takes into account the demand for differentiated speed adhere to the people centered development idea,laying a material foundation for forging the sense of community for Chinese nation.Compared to the market-oriented and capital oriented capitalist so-ciety,China’s road infrastructure often exists as an important way to balance the imbalanced and insufficient development between the east and west,urban and rural areas,and ethnic groups.Behind it is the pursuit of fairness and justice in the so-cialist style with Chinese characteristics,that is,new speed justice.
