摘 要:利用海藻酸钠-聚乙烯醇-沸石作为复合载体对脱色菌群进行固定化,研究固定化脱色菌群对两种偶氮染料脱色效果差异性。结果表明,在不同染料浓度下,固定化脱色菌群对甲基橙的脱色效果均优于活性黑5,当染料浓度为100 mg/L时,对甲基橙和活性黑5的脱色率分别为76.82%和61.37%;不同温度、NaCl浓度下,固定化脱色菌群对两种偶氮染料的脱色效果呈现较大差异性,且兼氧条件更有利于脱色。本研究为利用固定化脱色菌群处理实际染料废水奠定理论基础。Sodium alginate-polyvinyl alcohol-zeolite was used as a composite carrier to immobilize decolorization bacteria flora,and the difference of decolorizing effect of immobilized decolorization bacteria flora on two azo dyes was studied.The results showed that under different dye concentrations,the decolorization effect of immobilized decolorization bacteria flora on Methyl Orange was better than that of Reactive Black 5.When dye concentration was 100 mg/L,the decolorization rates of Methyl Orange and Reactive Black 5 were 76.82%and 61.37%,respectively.Under different temperatures and NaCl concentrations,the decolorization effect of immobilized decolorization bacteria flora on two azo dyes showed significant differences,and facultative condition was more conducive to decolorization.A theoretical foundation was laid for the treatment of actual dye wastewater using immobilized decolorization bacteria flora.
