摘  要:针对某商用车在2挡小油门加速过程中,在1 600 r/min左右车内出现轰鸣声,通过运用“源—路径—响应”理论进行相关分析。结合试验和CAE方法对可能存在原因进行排查分析,确定主要原因是传动轴和后桥模态与后板簧左前安装点噪声传递函数峰值频率耦合。通过在传动轴增加轴瓦和后桥连接法兰增加惯量环、对后地板前后板筋连通和右侧踏板上下筋连通均能使车内轰鸣消失。最后综合方案成本和可实施性,决定采用后地板前后板筋连通和右侧踏板上下筋连通方案。该方案降低了车身响应,有效解决了车内轰鸣问题,并提升了该商用车舒适性。Aiming at the roaring noise of commercial car at around 1600 r/min during the acceleration process of the two-gear small accelerator,the relevant analysis was carried out by using the“source-path-response”theory.The possible causes were investigated and analyzed by combining test method and CAE method,and it was determined that the main reason as the coupling of the transmission shaft and the rear axle with the noise transfer function(NTF)peak frequency of the left front installation point of the rear leaf spring.The roar in the car can disappear by adding bearing bushes on the drive shaft and adding an inertia ring to the rear axle connecting flange,connecting the front and rear ribs of the rear floor and connecting the upper and lower ribs of the right pedal.Finally,by comprehensively considering the cost and feasibility,it is decided to adopt the scheme of connect the front and rear ribs of rear floor and connect the upper and lower ribs of the right[JP3]pedal.The scheme reduces the vehicle body response,effectively solves the problem of roar,also improves the comfort of the commercial vehicle.
