双循环新发展格局下中国制造业转型升级研究

摘　　要：构建国内国际双循环的新发展格局、促进制造业转型升级,是中国面临严峻的全球环境的新发展战略。选取2010—2020年的面板数据,在双循环新发展格局视角下,分别从创新化、信息化、绿色化和效率化4个维度构建制造业转型升级综合评价体系,利用熵值法进行测度,并运用空间计量模型探究制造业转型升级的影响因素。研究发现:中国制造业转型升级水平在时间层次上呈现出前降低后提高的态势,相邻省份制造业转型升级水平存在显著的空间正相关性;在考虑空间关联的情况下,科技创新、财政支出水平、外商直接投资、交通设施与制造业转型升级水平显著正相关;城镇化、公共服务、人力资本与制造业转型升级水平显著负相关。基于研究结论,给出促进我国制造业转型升级的建议。Building a new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is a new development strategy for China to face a severe global environment.This paper selects the panel data from 2010—2020,constructs the evaluation index system for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry from the four dimensions of innovation,informatization,greening and efficiency,and measures it by using the entropy method.Further use spatial metrology models to explore the significant impact of technological innovation,the study found that the level of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry showed a trend of first decreasing and then improving at the time level,there is a significant spatial positive correlation between the level of manufacturing transformation and upgrading in neighboring provinces;considering spatial linkages,scientific and technological innovation,fiscal expenditure levels,foreign direct investment,transportation facilities and the level of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry are significantly positively correlated,and urbanization,public services,human capital and the level of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry are significantly negatively correlated.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the opinions on promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry are given.
