摘  要:目的:通过职能科室定岗定编模型设计,优化公立医院职能科室人力资源配置。方法:运用资料分析法和专家访谈法确定职能编制数考虑因素和权重配置。结果:形成了职能科室定岗定编核算模型,并在样本医院进行实证研究,确定医院职能科室人员编制数。结论:进行合理有效的定岗定编是实现人员合理配置的基础,将定岗定编与绩效奖金分配相结合,推动科室自身提高工作成效。Objective:To optimize the human resource allocation of functional departments in public hospitals through the design of functional departmental posting and staffing models.Methods:Information analysis and expert interviews were used to determine functional establishment considerations and weight configurations.Results:A functional departmental posting and staffing accounting model was developed and an empirical study was conducted in a sample hospital to determine the number of functional departmental staffing in the hospital.Conclusion:To carry out reasonable and effective posting is the basis for achieving reasonable staffing,and combining posting with performance bonus allocation to promote the department itself to improve the effectiveness of its work.
