摘  要:泄漏信号中包含许多有用信息,为探究泄漏信号中存在的规律性成分,在分析压力容器泄漏产生信号的原理基础上,模拟压力容器泄漏并搭建实验平台,采集泄漏信号进行数据处理,提取反映其属性的特征参数。通过数据分析,得到不同泄漏孔径、容器压差对泄漏信号产生的影响以及泄漏信号的距离衰减特性,进而为泄漏信号识别、泄漏信号检测等应用提供有力支撑。Leakage signals contain a lot of useful information.In order to explore the regular components in leakage signals,on the basis of analyzing the principle of signal generation by leakage of pressure vessels,the leakage of pressure vessels was simulated and an experimental platform was built.The leakage signals were collected for data processing,and the characteristic parameters reflecting their attributes were extracted.Through data analysis,the influence of different leakage aperture and pressure differences on leakage signal and the distance attenuation characteristics of leakage signal is obtained,which provides strong support for leakage signal identification and detection applications.
