摘　　要：SYT13是一种非典型的突触结合蛋白,位于11号染色体上,在心脏、肺、睾丸、脑、肾、脾和胰腺等器官中均有表达。越来越多的研究证实SYT13在多种癌症中异常表达。本文就SYT13在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展进行综述。SYT13 is an atypical synaptotagmins located on chromosome 11.It is expressed in the heart,lung,testis,brain,kidney,spleen,pancreas and other organs.More and more studies have confirmed that SYT13 is abnormally expressed in a variety of cancers.This article reviews the research progress of SYT13 in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.
